GAN Systems GSWP050W-EVBPA Evaluation Board is configured to evaluate the operation of the 6.78MHz class EF2 GS61004B E-HEMTs power amplifiers. The GS61004B Amps are used with the integrated high-speed pSemi PE29102 gate driver in a push-pull configuration.
