Littelfuse S6002xS Thyristors are 2.0A sensitive SCRs (Silicon Controlled Rectifiers) offering very high di/dt capability through their small-die planar construction design. These devices are glass-passivated to ensure long-term reliability and parametric stability. The S6002xS SCR Thyristors feature a high junction temperature (TJ) of 150°C, blocking voltage (VDRM) up to 600V, and a gate trigger current (IGT) of 200µA. These devices are offered in a through-hole TO-92 or surface-mount SOT-223 package for design flexibility.
