NewAE Technology SAM4L UFO Target Board is a SAM4L board that features the Microchip ATSAM4L. The device has an AES hardware accelerator with sidechannel "countermeasures" that's individually enabled or disabled. This makes it a good case study for evaluating test platforms. The board requires an external JTAG based programmer for use.
