Qorvo QPA2225DEVBA Evaluation Board is a demonstration and prototyping platform for the QPA2225D GaN Driver Amplifier. The QPA2225D Amplifier is a wide band MMIC Driver Amplifier designed to cover the 28GHz to 38GHz frequency range, and provide >0.4W of saturated output power. The QPA2225DEVBA Evaluation Board includes a pre-mounted bare die QPA2225D, along with SMA connectors for RF in and RF out.
