Qorvo QPA2308EVB1 Evaluation Board is used to evaluate the functionality of the QPA2308 GaN Amplifier. The QPA2308 is a wideband power amplifier MMIC fabricated with the 0.25um GaN on SiC process (QGaN15). The PCB is made from Rogers RO6035HTC dielectric, .010 inch thick, and with 0.5 oz. copper on both sides.
