SparkFun DEV-15316 Servo pHAT for Raspberry Pi is a development tool that allows a Raspberry Pi to control up to 16 servo motors via an I2C connection. Raspberry Pi is a credit-card-sized computer that plugs into a computer monitor or TV. The tool is designed to evaluate NXP PCA9685 LED Display Drivers. The tool utilizes its I2C capabilities, the Pulse Width Modulation HAT saves the Raspberry Pi GPIO pins, allowing them to be saved for other purposes. The Servo pHAT also adds a serial terminal connection, which will allow users to activate a Raspberry Pi without having to connect it to a monitor and keyboard.
