Taiwan Semiconductor TBS40x 4A Bridge Rectifiers come in a compact TBS package with glass passivated junction. These rectifiers have a repetitive peak reverse voltage from 600V to 1000V and are ideal for automated placement. They have a UL 94V-0 flammability rating and come with matte tin-plated leads that are solderable per J-STD-002. These rectifiers are RoHS compliant and are halogen-free. They are ideal for use in switch-mode power supplies, adapters, TVs, and monitors.
