Taiyo Yuden 01005 25V MLCCs are available in 0.4mm x 0.2mm x 0.2mm case size to meet the needs of applications required to be small and thin for decoupling IC power supply lines. These 01005 miniature MLCCs serve impedance matching applications for high-frequency circuits in smartphones and wearables. The rated voltage of these 01005 MLCCs is 25VDC and operate at -55ºC to 125ºC temperature range. These 01005 capacitors range from 0.4pF to 100pF, offer ±5% capacitance tolerance, and meet C0G temperature characteristics.
