Toshiba AEC-Q100 Qualified Motor Control Devices are a portfolio of pre-driver ICs, H-Bridge drivers, and GATE-drivers for automotive brushless motors. The devices are designed for high-current applications like electric power steering (EPS). The ICs are housed in small packages that are capable of controlling throttle and other valves of a vehicle engine.
